When you [Admin/Owner user], invite a new user to Ply, you can select the role type of that user.
Here is a guide to the accesses of each user depending on the profile:
Owner/Admin
These two profiles are the ones that have full control within Ply. Both roles have the same permissions.
Manager
The Manager profile comes after the Owner/Admin profile and does not grant access to the following:
- Edit Business Info
- Manage Users
- Billing info
- Manage Integrations
Member
The Member profile comes after the Manager profile and does not grant access to the following:
- Edit Business Info
- Manage Users
- Billing Info
- Integrations
- Notifications
- Can't create/edit/accept RFQ, only preview RFQ and offer details
- Stock
- Can't add New Materials, only move existing ones into folders
- Can't add/edit Suppliers
Tech Workers
In this final profile, you'll only have access to the following: From Website
- Dashboard
- Projects
- Restricted Stock Access with Limitations
From Mobile app:
- Limited Warehouse Access: View-Only Mode (No Creation or Addition Capabilities)
- Exclusive Access to Personal Trucks (Excludes All Others in the Business)
- Restricted Stock Access with Limitations
